    Find your pioneer!

As part of Trek, please bring a brief story about a pioneer in your own family. Bring it printed on paper, since we won’t have electronics. While we often think of pioneers as those who crossed the plains in wagons and hand carts. Pioneers are found in every generation. Many of us have ancestors, parents, grandparents, or other family members who showed faith, courage, sacrifice, and devotion to Jesus Christ as they forged new paths for their families. President Dallin H. Oaks taught that we still need modern-day pioneers—people who are willing to stand for truth, follow the Savior, and lead others by example. Come prepared to share how a pioneer in your family inspires you to be a modern-day pioneer in your own life.

If you are not able to bring a Pioneer story one will be provided for you.
